The Afro-Greek artist Negros tou Moria celebrates the Greek national hero Theodoros Kolokotronis in a public concert

the AfroGreeks remember: The Afro-Greek singer and songwriter Negros tou Moria (Kevin Ansong) wrote -specifically for the AfroGreeks projecct- the song “Ego eimai Sourtoukis” (I am a wandering man) to commemorate 3/4/21, birth anniversary of Theodoros Kolokotronis, 200 years since the revolution of 1821 and performed it in front of the statue of the fighter in the center of Athens. This action was filmed by Døcumatism and broadcasted online, attracting the interest of tens of thousands of viewers on the first night. The Afro-Greek protagonists of the project do not forget and creatively honor Greek history through their actions. The action was adopted by various universities in Greece, Germany and Canada with events organized against racism promoting a creative approach to national symbols.
